1. Introduction

Welcome to Fin&Win Competitions (“Fin&Win”, “we”, “us”). By entering any competition on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating.

Fin&Win runs online prize competitions featuring a range of prizes, which may include cash prizes, technology, home & lifestyle items, vouchers, and other goods or experiences as advertised on each competition page.

2. Fairness & Transparency

We built Fin&Win around fairness and transparency. Each competition page clearly displays the prize, ticket price, ticket availability, entry limits (if any), and the closing conditions.

• No extended competitions: we do not extend end dates/times.
• Equal treatment: paid entries and free postal entries go into the same draw and have the same chance of winning.
• Instant Wins: where included, Instant Win prizes are assigned to ticket numbers before tickets go on sale (as advertised on the competition page).

3. Eligibility

• Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Fin&Win / Devon Aquatics Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Paid Entry

• Select any live competition on our website.
• Choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase (subject to any limits shown on the competition page).
• Complete your purchase securely at checkout.

Each ticket purchased equals one entry into that competition unless the competition page states otherwise.

5. Free Postal Entry Route

Fin&Win provides a free postal entry method so that anyone can participate without making a purchase.

• Phone number
• The name of the competition entered

Postal entries must arrive before the competition closes to be valid. Each envelope counts as one entry unless the competition page specifies a minimum ticket quantity per paid transaction; where a minimum applies, one valid free postal entry will be allocated the same number of entries as the advertised minimum.

Fin&Win is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or incorrectly addressed. Free entries are entered into the same random draw as paid entries and have the same chance of winning.

6. Ticket Sales & Closing (No Extensions)

• Each competition page shows the ticket price, ticket limits (if applicable), and closing conditions.
• Competitions close when all tickets are sold or when the displayed end date/time is reached — whichever happens first (as shown on the competition page).
• No extensions: we do not extend end dates/times.
• Auto Draw: where a competition is clearly marked as “Auto Draw”, the system will automatically conduct the draw immediately when the competition ends (sell-out and/or end date/time, as stated on the competition page).
• Live Draw: where a competition is not marked as “Auto Draw”, the draw will be conducted live. Details of how/where the live draw will take place will be provided on the competition page or via our official channels.
• Entries cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased, except where required by law or if the competition is cancelled by Fin&Win (see Section 12).

7. Instant Wins

• Some competitions include Instant Win prizes (where advertised).
• Instant Win prizes are assigned to specific ticket numbers before sales begin.
• If a participant purchases a matching ticket, the system confirms the win on screen and/or via email.
• Unless stated otherwise on the competition page, Instant Win winners remain eligible for the main prize draw.

8. Winner Selection

• Winners are selected using an automated, secure random draw system (Auto Draw) or during a live draw (Live Draw), as stated on the competition page.
• The system treats all entries equally, including free postal entries.
• Draw events may be timestamped and logged for transparency and audit purposes.

9. Prizes

• Prizes vary by competition and will be described on the relevant competition page.
• Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Fin&Win.
• A cash alternative may be offered where stated on the competition page (or where a prize becomes unavailable), at Fin&Win’s discretion.
• Winners will be contacted via their registered email or phone to confirm delivery details and/or prize choice.
• Winners must respond within 14 days to confirm their selection and provide any required details. If no response is received, we may redraw the prize.
• Fin&Win may require reasonable proof of identity/age/address before awarding higher-value prizes or cash (to prevent fraud and ensure compliance). Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification and a redraw.

10. Delivery of Prizes

• Physical prizes are shipped to the winner’s registered UK address within 14 working days after verification (subject to stock/supplier lead times where applicable).
• Cash prizes (or cash alternatives) are typically paid by bank transfer on the same day once the winner has provided valid bank details and any required verification is completed. However, we reserve up to 7–14 working days to process payments in case of unforeseen circumstances (for example banking delays, additional verification, technical issues, or operational reasons).
• Tracking information is provided where available.
• Fin&Win is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, third parties, or incorrect delivery information supplied by the winner.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, a cash alternative or equivalent replacement may be offered.

11. Refunds, Cancellations and Errors

All entries are final. Refunds are issued only if a competition is cancelled by Fin&Win Competitions, or where required by law.

• If a competition is cancelled, payments will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.
• Closing at the advertised end date/time (or on sell-out) does not create a right to a refund.
• We reserve the right to correct obvious errors (including pricing/typos) and to take reasonable steps to maintain fairness. Where an error materially affects a competition, we may cancel and refund rather than amend after launch.

12. Accounts and Conduct

• Participants may need to register an account to enter competitions (unless stated otherwise).
• Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.
• Fin&Win reserves the right to disqualify entries and/or suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity, including chargeback abuse, identity manipulation, use of stolen payment details, or attempts to game ticket allocations or Instant Win systems.
• If a payment is reversed (including chargebacks), we may void associated entries and take reasonable steps to recover losses.

13. Liability

Fin&Win Competitions is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or factors beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Data is used solely for administering entries, conducting draws, preventing fraud, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
